Terms and Conditions of Sale
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
When the buyer finalizes his order and sends payment, it is his responsibility to read these terms and conditions of sale and to have accepted them.
Order cancellation
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. In this case, the buyer will receive a full refund of their order.
If a buyer wishes to cancel their order, the seller will have to confirm the possibility or not depending on the status of the order. If the order has already been shipped, it will only be possible to cancel it by returning the items to the seller (see return conditions below). Once the package is returned, we will issue a refund.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the seller will offer a 100% refund.
Delivery and Packaging
All items are rigorously checked by the seller before being sent, and are carefully packaged to minimize damage during transport. The order is processed upon receipt of payment, weekend included, and is generally shipped within 48-72 hours following receipt of payment.
Delivery times are estimated based on our past experiences but under no circumstances can we be held responsible for delays once the package has left our premises.
Providing us with a correct delivery address at the time of ordering is essential. Any costs incurred due to an error or incorrect address left at the time of ordering will be your responsibility. This includes but is not limited to shipping costs, taxes and customs fees.
Insurance
Parcels automatically benefit from insurance, but in accordance with current postal practices, we ask you to check the contents of your parcel before signing the receipt. Otherwise, the seller cannot be held responsible for any damage that the order may have suffered during transport. If your package is insured, we will refund or replace your product free of charge.
Defective Products or Missing Parts
In the event of a defective item, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging. In case of missing parts, please notify us on the day of receipt of your order.
Returns
The seller undertakes to replace defective products. The costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer and will be refunded if the item is confirmed defective by our services. We normally provide replacements but may accept refunds in exceptional situations.
Transfer of ownership
The transfer of ownership takes place when the package leaves the premises of FemmeLumina Ltd. We are not responsible for damage occurring during transport, nor for exceptional delays beyond 21 days. When the buyer accepts these conditions, he agrees not to open payment disputes in these cases.
Taxes and Customs
Any taxes that your government may impose upon the entry of your order into your country are your responsibility. This includes customs fees, import taxes and any additional charges imposed by the shipping company.
Guarantees
Unless specified in our descriptions, our products are not guaranteed in your country.
Stocks
In the event of exceptional demand, we may find ourselves out of stock of a particular product. Rest assured that we are doing our best to avoid these situations and will keep you informed and ship your package as quickly as possible.
Protection of intellectual property
All items sold on our store come from third-party manufacturers and resellers. We are committed to selling only white label items. However, it is sometimes difficult for our sourcing team to distinguish between young Western brands and the designs of Chinese manufacturers. If you spot an item from your brand, please let us know as soon as possible and we will remove this product from our shelves.
